Ricardo Carvalho has today joined Real Madrid in a £6.7m deal joining up with former boss Jose Mourinho, who took over at the Real Madrid in May.

The defender, who joined the blues back in 2004 for £19.8m played over 100 times for Chelsea during a six-year spell which saw him win three Barclays Premier League winners’ medals.
