Chelsea are within touching distance of the Premier League title.

After nine consecutive victories in the Premier League, second-place Tottenham travelled to the London Stadium to take on West Ham. It seemed unlikely that the Hammers would be able to pull a result out the bag against the league’s in-form side – but they did.

Manuel Lanzini’s 65th minute goal proved to be enough to take his side over the line, and put Spurs’ annual capitulation into motion.

Antonio Conte’s side now just need to pick up six points from their final four games to secure the Premier League title. With home games against Middlesbrough, Watford and Sunderland, and a trip to West Brom coming up – John Terry has one hand on the trophy.

As for Tottenham, it’s a similar story. Despite accumulating more points than any other Premier League side in the past two seasons; Mauricio Pochettino’s men have nothing to show for it.
