We have an injury update to bring you ahead of our clash with Crystal Palace this weekend thanks to Physio Room.

The situation for Antonio Conte’s men is clear – win the game, or face the genuine possibility of another season without playing Champions League football.

Between now and the end of the Premier League season, we need to be picking up maximum points in these kind of fixtures. Nothing less.

You have to fancy our chances to beat Palace, but Conte is without several of his first-team squad for the game.

N’Golo Kante and Ross Barkley

Don’t fear, Blues, N’Golo Kante is back! Physio Room claim that the Frenchman has overcome the illness that kept him out of our defeat to Manchester City and he is fit to feature against Palace.

Physio Room list Kante’s midfield counterpart Ross Barkley as a ‘slight doubt’ for the game. He will likely undergo a late fitness test before a final decision is made.

Ethan Ampadu, Tiemoue Bakayoko, David Luiz

Ethan Ampadu, Tiemoue Bakayoko and David Luiz will all be unavailable for selection on Saturday evening with respective injury issues, according to Physio Room.

It seems unlikely that any of them would have started anyway, but our squad is undeniably weaker without them.
