Chelsea transfer plans for the upcoming summer transfer window have been revealed by La Gazzetta dello Sport, as reported by Calciomercato.

Despite winning the Premier League title in a fairly straightforward manner, it appears as though Antonio Conte is keen to improve in all areas of the field.

At the back: La Gazzetta dello Sport believe that there are four names on Conte’s defensive wish-list – Leonardo Bonucci, Virgil Van Dijk, Antonio Rudiger and Kieran Tiereney. You could argue that there is no need for reinforcements at the back, but Conte appears to disagree.

Middle of the park: According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Conte is keen to draft in Radja Nainggolan from AS Roma, but has AS Monaco star Tiemoue Bakayoko lined up in case he misses out on the Belgian.

In attack: As per La Gazzetta dello Sport, Alvaro Morata, Romelu Lukaku and Alexis Sanchez are all on Chelsea’s radar, with the former being top of Conte’s wish-list.

It’s going to be an exciting summer.

Sanchez would be a reciprical deal for us giving Wenger Petr Cech but the sour faced, wrinkled curmudgeon will resist. I wish he would sod off and retire.
