Antonio Conte
Despite Antonio Conte's success as Chelsea manager, he has shown little interest in playing younger players.

Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri has spoken highly of Chelsea manager Antonio Conte, footballitalia reports.

Allegri who took over at the Italian club from Conte, has praised his predecessor for the work he did at Juventus and the work he is doing at Chelsea.

When speaking at FIFA’s The Best awards, Allegri who is nominated as Coach of the Year along with Conte and Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane could only speak highly of his countryman, as footballitalia reports.

Allegri is quoted by footballitalia saying:

“Conte? He’s a great Coach, he won the Premier League in his first year, so he proved that,”

What Conte achieved in his first year at the club is remarkable, despite the pressure he is currently under.

Changing from a four to a three at the back formation got the best of many opponents last season.

Despite, there being several great managers in the game, our manager shouldn’t be surprised with his nomination.

Hopefully, Conte will win the Coach of the Year award to recognise the skills he has shown this year.
