Richarlison has once again put a host of top Premier League clubs on alert as he indicates he would like to play in the Premier League for a long time, The Standard reports.
The flashy Brazilian has been a stood out in his first season since signing for Watford from Fluminese last summer. Richarlison has scored five goals and assisted four times in the English top tier this campaign.
The winger’s performances have caught the eye of Chelsea who and are considering a bid for the 20-year-old at the end of the season, The Standard reports. However, the same source understands the Blues will be competing with London rivals Arsenal and Tottenham for his signature.
When speaking to The Standard, Richarlison has revealed he wants to play in England for the foreseeable future.
“I want to play in this country for as long as possible. It is a great League and has been a great experience for me.”
Earning just £20,000 per week at a struggling Watford side, Richarlison may make his move to a bigger club sooner rather than later.
Its unknown as to how much The Hornets would be willing to let their man go but it would be a brilliant coup for Chelsea.
