Loftus-Cheek has had a chance of first team football this season and he has impressed everyone, he’s a dominating midfielder and has the ability to score goals! Conte will love him; Loftus-Cheek has bags of potential and is a very intense, hard-working player which fits Conte’s style perfectly!
This dominating midfielder is the perfect box to box midfielder- he can defend with his strong structure while also being able to power through players and drive with the ball into the oppositions half.

Nathan Ake is enjoying a great season out on loan with Watford, he is getting first team football and impressing at premier league level which he has not had a chance to do before.
He can virtually play anywhere in defence and has the ability to become a great player one day. He is comfortable with the ball and can be seen as a slightly smaller version of John Stones. He has played for the Netherlands up to under 21 level so we know he has the skill and football knowledge to impress Conte next season if he does not send him out on loan again.

Matt Miazga signed this year and made his debut last week, he is a tall, strong centre back who has more than enough ability to handle strong premier league strikers.
The American international is very promising and will have a large chance to break into the first team next year with John Terry possibly parting the club, he will have to compete with Zouma – who is also very promising and is very likely to start most games next year – and Gary Cahill who has not particularly impressed this season. Miazga will be working hard to impress the demanding Conte.

Jose Mourinho said that he should be blamed if Lewis Baker did not become a senior England international under his management. Lewis Baker, who is currently on loan with Vitesse, is one of Chelsea’s most promising prospects.
He has represented England at virtually every youth level and has the quality to one day become a dominating midfielder for England. He is very Pacey and has a great shot on him, if Mourinho can notice this then it is very likely that Conte will notice his talent also. If Conte decides to use youth next season Baker will have a great chance to have a breakout season with his potential to get dozens of goals and assists.
