Chelsea are interested in signing Tottenham full-back Kyle Walker, according to the Mirror.
The Mirror report that Antonio Conte is a keen admirer of Walker, and could make a move to sign him in the summer transfer window. The tabloid note that the Blues face competition from Manchester City in the race to sign the England international.
Victor Moses has been a sensation this campaign, but he is Conte’s only natural option at right-wing-back. Walker has developed into one of the best full-backs in the Premier League, and would undoubtedly be a shrewd acquisition as we look to build on our title-winning side.
The Mirror report that Tottenham are under no pressure to sell Walker, and would undoubtedly be reluctant to sell to sell to a direct rival. However, the Mirror do believe that Spurs will entertain offers in excess of £40million. This is one to keep an eye on as we approach the summer.
