Chelsea youngster Fikayo Tomori has reportedly been scouted by both Borussia Dortmund and Paris Saint-Germain, whilst the 19-year-old competed for England Under-20s at the World Cup in South Korea, report AllNigeriaSoccer.
The centre-half was a key member of England’s starting XI and his performances have reportedly caught the eye of the French and German giants. AllNigeriaSoccer also claim that Marseille took a shine to Tomori.
Tomori featured alongside Chelsea team-mate Jake Clarke-Salter in England’s World Cup-winning campaign, which saw the young lions earn the nation’s first World Cup title since 1966.
Having spent half of the season on-loan with Brighton, making nine appearances, Tomori is expected to be loaned out once more, along with Clarke-Salter, claim the London Evening Standard.
Chelsea intend to send Tomori back to the Championship, in order to gain more first team experience, but with some of Europe’s top clubs sniffing around, the youngster could end up competing in the Bundesliga or Ligue 1.
Tomori’s Chelsea contract runs until 2020, having sealed a new deal in August of 2016. He managed to make three appearances for Chelsea this season, featuring in the EFL Cup and FA Cup.
