Up for the Cup!

The Chelsea Football FanCast #105
With Chelsea safely through to the FA Cup quarter finals, the Chelsea Fancast team look forward to the draw. Chidge is otherwise engaged with family duties, so Dr. Martin fronts the show once again. Chelsea’s defeat by Everton at Goodison in midweek leaves them still top of the league, but not really ‘aving a laugh.

Poor defending at Everton followed by four goals by different scorers against Cardiff represent a week of mixed fortunes for Chelsea. Both matches are discussed, and the Man of the Match and Chant of the Match, Guinness and Celery Moments are awarded.

In “We’re out to show the world the way to sing!”, Stu takes the lead once more in a rousing old favourite extolling the merits of West London in contrast to those in the North of the capital.

We look at the latest Chelsea gossip: the unfortunate injury to Ashley Cole, FA Cup and League prospects and say farewell to goalkeeper Petar Borota who sadly passed away this week.

Dr. Martin answers your questions on Chelsea-supporting celebrities, our favourite fixtures and Arsene Wenger’s mental condition in “Dear Mart”. In “You’re on CFFC” we read messages from listeners on progress with the new Rio Ferdinand song which was suggested in #104 and an inspirational rant for Chelsea to win the League.
