There has been no falling out between Xabi Alonso and Estevao Willian, Nizaar Kinsella of the BBC is reporting this afternoon.

Chelsea went into this international break on the back of some bad results, but even worse than that there were some worrying plot lines starting to emerge that now can’t be dealt with for three weeks.
One of them was to do with Estevao Willian – rumours began in Brazil just a couple of weeks into the season that he wasn’t happy with the minutes he was getting under Xabi Alonso. Nizaar Kinsella’s column for the BBC today dramatically refutes that the winger is as unhappy as some have claimed, and specifically squashes any notion of a rift with manager Xabi Alonso.
Estevao willing to stay patient for now
“There are strong denials from both the Brazilian’s camp and Chelsea that there are any issues between him and Xabi Alonso,” Kinsella wrote in his Q and A.
“Although the attacker would no doubt like more playing time, he appears to be handling the situation well – at least for now.”
That’s what we had assumed all along. Estevao is a teenager who is recovering from a serious injury, and is competing with three in form elite players for a starting spot. Of course he will grow impatient eventually, but there’s no way he’s already agitating given that context.
