Andrey Santos could be on his way out of Chelsea just a year after finally making it into the first team squad.

We waited a long time for Andrey Santos to get a first team shot at Chelsea. He had been on loan at three different teams over a number of season by the time he finally got a shot in the squad in this season just gone.
He did well, although it felt like he never really had the trust of Enzo Maresca, and it was a difficult season for any player to really shine. There was growth through the campaign, and it felt like he was starting to bed in.
Santos could leave Chelsea after just one first team season
Despite all that, Chelsea are open to selling him, according to today’s Deal Sheet from the Athletic. Simon Johnson wrote that Santos is “one of the player left off the ‘not for sale’ list”, and is therefore available at the right price.
We’d still say Santos is likely to still be at Chelsea by the end of this window – Enzo Fernandez looks likely to leave and there’s no need to disrupt the midfield further.
But it’s certainly a possibility he goes if a tempting offer is made.
