Chelsea fans are not entirely convinced that Robert Lewandowski will be moving to Stamford Bridge this summer, despite reports claiming that the Blues are seriously interested in signing the Bayern Munich goal-machine this summer.

Sam Wallace wrote for the Telegraph that Chelsea are keen to press ahead with their summer transfer plans, despite Roman Abramovich’s absence from England due to issues with his visa. Said plans include a move for Lewandowski, which could cost the club in excess of £100M.

Lewandowski would be an incredible signing, he’s one of the best players in the world – but that’s exactly why there’s very little chance of it happening. Chelsea’s transfer strategy in recent years has been questionable, to say the least. We’ve shown a real lack of ambition, it seems unlikely that we’d potentially double our club-record fee to Lewandowski.

Chelsea fans all think the same about this particular rumour. Many have took to Twitter to dismiss it in it’s entirety. Have a look at this.
