Chelsea fans on Twitter were not best pleased when our starting eleven to face Huddersfield Town was announced. Oh dear, oh dear…
We were desperately hoping to see Callum Hudson-Odoi or Ruben Loftus-Cheek, or even both, be included in the starting eleven for today’s game. The pair deserve it so much more than many of their Chelsea teammates – yet Maurizio Sarri’s stuck them on the bench again.
It genuinely feels as though Sarri took some time out of his Saturday morning to scroll through Chelsea Twitter, see what players everyone was hoping would be involved and instead done the complete opposite. He’s even put Emerson Palmieri back among the substitutes.
Ross Barkley has also been preferred to Mateo Kovacic in the midfield. Barkley has been awful of late and has been getting a lot of stick from Chelsea fans. Sarri appears to be a fan, which we wouldn’t have a problem with if we believed he was cut out for this level.
Anyway, this article wasn’t intended for us to moan, it was to share the moans of other Chelsea supporters. They haven’t stopped since the loss to Bournemouth, in truth, but it all boiled over when Chelsea sent out the anticipated team news tweet. Have a look at this…
I feel like crying

And people wonder why Hudson-Odoi is frustrated. Absolute joke.
Yes, this is a meltdown & it’s 100% justified.
