Maurizio Sarri has several injury issues to contend with ahead of our clash with Liverpool tomorrow evening.
The Italian will have been offered encouragement by our win over the Reds on Wednesday night. Jurgen Klopp didn’t field a full strength starting eleven, but neither did we.
Eden Hazard was introduced as a substitute and turned the game on it’s head. He’ll be fit and firing tomorrow evening, looking to build on his superb start to the season.
There are four members of the squad who won’t be, though. Physio Room Antonio Rudiger is a ‘major doubt’ for the game with a groin injury, while Ruben Loftus-Cheek is in the same boat as he continues to recover from damage to his shin.
Andreas Christensen and Pedro are both listed as ‘slight doubts’. The pair will likely undergo late fitness tests before a final decision is made on their availability. We’ll have to wait and see…
