A few players have made a big impression in Chelsea’s preseason so far, and without doubt one of them was Marco Palestra. The summer signing looks like a real menace down our right flank, a rough diamond for sure, but one that can make an impact right away.
According to the man himself, he’s already looking forward to how his game will fit in to the Premier League.

“This is a wonderful world because there’s so much intensity, so much physicality. I feel good. I have to thank my teammates, the staff, and the coach. They’ve helped me on and off the pitch with everything; the organisation is perfect. I can’t wait to start playing in the Premier League. I know all the games there are great to play; I can’t wait to get started,” Palestra said in quotes picked up by Goal.com.
“On a personal level, the goal is always to improve; you never stop learning. But I put the team first. I hope to win as many games as possible; we have a strong squad. We can start off well against Italy. I hope to always be there. I’m preparing with Chelsea, and if the national team comes along, I’ll be ready.”
