David Luiz was up to his usual tricks in first team training today as the defender tested out his luck between the sticks. However, after seeing his performance in goal, I think we can all agree that the Brazilian should stick to what he does best: defending.
Luiz was training with the rest of the squad as the Blues prepare to face Everton at home on Sunday. In the video, the 30-year-old defender takes the place of reserve keeper Eduardo who is using a high-speed ball machine to improve his handling.
@davidluiz_4 fancied a quick go in goal during training… 😂 #GeezerInGoal #CFC #Chelsea

It’s fair to say that the centre-back was nowhere near to preventing the ball from going in.
Better luck next time, David!
