Chelsea have been handed the biggest injury boost possible ahead of our clash with Manchester City.
Now we would never celebrate injuries to opposing players. In an ideal world we want to see everyone fit and healthy and enjoying their football, but when there is so much on the line, we can afford a cheeky grin in private.
As reported by Bleacher Report, Sergio Aguero has been involved in a car crash in Amsterdam and will miss Man City’s upcoming clash with Premier League champions Chelsea.
Bleacher Report note that Aguero has suffered a fractured rib and could miss up to two months of action. Looking at the state of the Argentine’s car, it’s a miracle that further damage wasn’t done, he’s very, very lucky.

As much as we hope Aguero makes a speedy recovery and are relieved that he escaped with ‘just’ a fractured rib, it is a major boost for Antonio Conte’s men that he won’t be involved on Saturday.
