You may or may not have spotted the new Mason Mount mural circulating around social media today.
It has been painted on a building close to Stamford Bridge, and it is a really nice piece of work and a real nice tribute to Mount.
And just look at what it means to Mount, his reaction tells you all you need to know about what he feels about this club.
Mason is just like me or you, he is a Chelsea fan first and foremost, his blood is blue just like us.
He grew up as a kid supporting Chelsea, and now he is literally living the dream that every single one of us had as a kid, to play professional football for Chelsea.
But not only is he doing that, he is doing it superbly and has become one of the first names on the team sheet, against all the odds.

Despite some of Chelsea’s online supporters not rating him and deciding to turn on him and abuse him as a result, he has continued to prove all the doubters and haters wrong, and he is loving every single second of the success he is having in a Chelsea shirt.
As a fan who grew up going to Chelsea, you can totally relate to how he feels right now, and I can only be over the moon that one of the academy kids has not only made it at Chelsea, but become an important player for Chelsea leaving his heart and soul on the pitch after every single minute he plays for the club, it really is something quite special.
I’m not going to try and lecture about abuse this time, I am merely going to celebrate the success of Mount so far, and hope that he continues to prove his doubters wrong and lets his football do the talking.
