Chelsea will be the team that every single club in the Champions League will be hoping to avoid and fearing in the knockout stages, make no mistake.
Thomas Tuchel’s Chelsea are the most in form team in world football right now as they sit comfortably on top of the Premier League table, and now also on top of their group in the Champions League after thrashing Juventus 4-0 last night.

But Juventus weren’t poor, Chelsea were just insanely good. They were literally perfect and I’ve not seen a more complete performance from us for a while. And they did it against a team who are considered world giants in football themselves. This win last night will be talked about for many years to come and should never be taken for granted. Us Chelsea fans need to lap this up, soak it in, and enjoy it for some time.
We made beating Juventus 4-0 look easy and the thing is, it could have been more. They barely threatened us at all and Chelsea could have easily scored more goals.
Thomas Tuchel always thrives fro more and wants that perfection, and last night he got it. He has built a team that nobody wants to play against, exactly as he promised to do when he first arrived at Stamford Bridge.
It’s easy to get carried away after two great performances like that after beating Leicester City 3-0 on Saturday as well. But the thing is Chelsea are now looking more complete than ever before. They are solid at the back, they are well drilled and organised, they can defend in numbers as well as be devastating in attack. And the main thing is the team spirit and mentality, the winning mentality is firmly instilled now and the rest of the world must be fearing Chelsea more than any other team out there right now.
It doesn’t get any better than that performance from Chelsea last night, and whatever happens in the future I am going to make sure I am enjoy this moment right now!
