Michy Batshuayi has played down talks of a transfer exit, stating that the Chelsea Football Club is literally in his blood, after posting a video on Twitter of him undergoing pre-season medical tests.

While Chelsea does appear to be suffering a catastrophe of sorts in terms of their striking unit, Batshuayi is firm in his commitment to keep loyal to the Blues, and is ready, willing, and able to continue putting himself out there for the Football Club.

Pre-Season Training Started on Monday

The Champions of the Premier League started their pre-season training on Monday the 10th of July at Cobham, and although there was no sign of Diego Costa, this is all in order, as Antonio Conte has given the striker additional time off as he moves toward a return to Atlético Madrid.

Costa Excused from First Session by Conte

Diego Costa was not present for the first day of training in preparation for the season as Chelsea intensifies their tender to sign Alvaro Morata, for £70 million, as his replacement.

It is understood that the Football Club agreed in advance that the Spanish player could take an additional three days off, so there is no question of Morata facing disciplinary action when he returns.

Conte informed Costa last month that the player was no longer part of his plans for Chelsea, in a text message, and the striker currently hopes to cement his move to Atlético Madrid.

Chelsea Transfer Plans Fluctuating

The Chelsea Football Club’s transfer plans were rendered unstable after they lost Romelu Lukaku, with the player deciding to move to Manchester United instead of returning to the Blues.

Batshuayi’s future was uncertain, after he was likely to be departing on loan, amidst the continued pursuit of Alvaro Morata by Conte, to the tune of £70 million.

Batshuayi’s Video Confirms His Commitment

Although there are innumerable players who have sworn fealty and kissed their badges, stating that their very blood runs in the colour of their Football Club just before they depart for pastures greener, Batshuayi demonstrated his continuing dedicated to the Chelsea cause by posting a video of himself undertaking medical tests.

His video was released on Twitter alongside the caption which stated that Chelsea was literally in his blood now.

The forward from Belgium was not too happy about the needles the medical testing required for his blood to be checked, stating that he hated the sight of them, but, for now at least, his future does seem to be lying in the direction of Stamford Bridge.

Online betting NZ enthusiasts have been keeping tabs on the transfers, and Batshuayi’s renewed commitment to Chelsea comes as good news to many.

The Summer Transfer Window

The past few days have been busy ones for the elite players of the Premier League as the big moves for the summer transfer window begin.

Man United confirmed their capture of Romelu Lukaku, to the tune of £75 million, from Everton, after they managed to beat Chelsea to the punch rather dramatically.

Although Antonio Conte is apparently furious that the proposed transfer of Lukaku to Stamford Bridge was hijacked by Man United, there is some good news for the Blues: Antonio Rudiger completed his £34 million switch to the West London team on Sunday.
