Things are moving pretty slowly in Chelsea transfer land right now. There are a lot of moves that have been rumoured, but very few which have been completed.
One we’ve been hearing about for weeks with little progress is Trevoh Chalobah’s exit to Serie A. Interest from Como and Inter Milan was long ago confirmed by top insiders like Fabrizio Romano, but nothing has yet been done about it, it seems.

Inter won’t get pushed into spending big on Chelsea defender
Pedulla says that Como, despite their interest in Chalobah, never actually made a formal offer. They’re waiting to see what happens with Inter – who themselves are “awaiting a meeting” with Chelsea.
A follow up Tweet pointed out that Inter’s evaluations on Chalobah’s price will be “economical,” and he casts some doubt over the €35m-40m price tag which had previously been mentioned.
Chelsea would surely feel pretty confident they could get that much from a Premier League team – so Inter are likely going to have to pay up.
