At 23-years-old, you’d think it may be time for Baker to seal a permanent move away from Stamford Bridge in order to settle down and build a career for himself. However, he has instead sealed another loan move, making it five different clubs in just three-years.
Baker is undoubtedly talented. His technique is exceptional, and being able to take set-pieces with both feet is a rare quality. Former Arsenal midfielder Santi Cazorla had the same ambidextrous ability, which proved to be a useful tool for the Gunners.
The Englishman will be working under the well-respected Marcelo Bielsa at Elland Road. If he is given an opportunity to show the Leeds faithful what he is capable of, this could be the breakout season that Baker has been waiting for.
We wish him the best of luck and hope to see him back at Chelsea next summer!
