Chelsea are reportedly closing in on the sale of Lucas Piazon and Tomas Kalas to Premier League new-boys Fulham.
Both players spent the previous campaign out on-loan at Craven Cottage, gaining much-needed first-team football in order to continue their respective developments.
Piazon (24) and Kalas (25) are at the stage of their careers where they need to settle down at a club, opposed to being shipped out on-loan to various different countries.
They may soon be granted the opportunity to do so. The Daily Star report that the pair are close to signing for Fulham on a permanent basis in a move which could be worth in the region of £8M.
Fulham will be playing Premier League football next season, so Chelsea will be able to take a good look at the pair in the English top-flight. Who knows, later down the line the club may be tempted to re-sign the pair.
