Real Madrid could be prepared to part with Gareth Bale in order to land Chelsea winger Eden Hazard, according to Don Balon.
Bale was once considered one of the most explosive wingers on the planet, hence why Real Madrid broke the world transfer-record to secure his services. Despite picking up three Champions League winners medals during his time at the Santiago Bernabeu, Bale has failed to consistently replicate the performances he put in during his time at Tottenham Hotspur, in a Real Madrid shirt.
Don Balon believe that Bale’s time with Los Blancos could subsequently be coming to an end. The Spanish outlet believe that he is set to be offered as a part exchange in Real Madrid’s pursuit of two players – Eden Hazard and Harry Kane.
If we were to allow Hazard to leave, we would expect a substantial amount of cash, plus a player of Bale’s calibre. He is our talisman, our LeBron James, our headline act.
