Chelsea have taken the lead against Watford, and it’s a fairytale goal for John Terry.
The Blues skipper is leaving in the summer after enjoying an illustrious career at Stamford Bridge, bringing a 22-year stint at the club to an end. He has marked his 716th game in a Chelsea shirt with a goal.
It wasn’t the prettiest goal the Premier League’s all-time top-scoring defender has scored, but they all count. The former England captain sliced the ball home off the post to give his beloved side the lead.
