Crystal Palace forward Wilfried Zaha has been linked with a summer move to Chelsea as well as a host of other top six Premier League clubs.
Zaha, has been fundamental in seeing the Eagles stay in the English top-flight for next season, scoring eight league goals, one of those strikes coming against Chelsea in the 2-1 defeat at Selhurst Park in October.
According to the Mirror, the Blues as well as Arsenal, Tottenham, Manchester City and Liverpool are all monitoring the Ivorian’s situation.
The 25-year-old still has years ahead of him as he’s firmly established himself as a top-level player despite a frustrating spell at Manchester United.
The competitive interest in Zaha is likely to see Palace’s asking price rise to an astronomic fee in a bid to fend off pursuers in keeping their most prized star.
Zaha’s current deal at the South-London side expires in 2022, so Chelsea may have to look for other alternatives if the player’s value isn’t within our budget.
