Chelsea to allow youngster to leave on loan, Premier League quartet keen

Charly Musonda

Chelsea youngster Charly Musonda is a wanted man…

The Belgian was kept behind by Antonio Conte as part of the first-team squad for the 2017/18 campaign, but has struggled for regular game-time during his time at Stamford Bridge.

Musonda scored his first Chelsea goal in his first ever start for the club against Nottingham Forest in the Carabao Cup early on in the season, but has scarcely featured since.

Charly Musonda celebrates after scoring his first ever Chelsea goal against Nottingham Forest.

His talent and sky-high potential are undeniable, but he needs to be playing regular football in order to fulfil it. If the Telegraph are to be believed, he could soon be doing so.

The Telegraph claim that Musonda has been told that he will be allowed to leave the club on loan during the January transfer window. The report claims that Bournemouth, Watford, Newcastle and West Brom are all interested in securing his services on a temporary basis.

A Premier League loan would be a great opportunity for Musonda to impress if he was given the opportunity to play regularly. Let’s hope it materialises…
