Chelsea have clinched the signing of Ross Barkley from Everton, but their shopping in the Premier League is not done there, as per The Sun.
Barkley will prove to be a good acquisition. His development may have hit a few bumps in the road, but there is raw potential waiting to be harnessed. Working under Antonio Conte and alongside some of the best midfield players on the planet will do him wonders.
However, if we wish to be competitive in all three cup competitions this season, signing him will not be enough. He have to look to push forwards in the transfer market and draft in further reinforcements before the deadline. It looks as though that’s exactly what we plan to do…
