Arsene Wenger has made a big decision on his starting lineup ahead of tomorrow’s FA Cup final, and it’s a former Chelsea star who is going to miss out at Wembley.
According to The Sun, David Ospina will replace Petr Cech in Arsenal’s starting lineup, leaving Cech to watch from the substitutes bench against the side where he made so many memories.
Cech made 486 appearances in a Chelsea shirt, winning 15 pieces of silverware, including four league titles and the coveted Champions League. The Czech Republic international was influential in the winning of the latter, saving penalties from Arjen Robben, Ivica Olic and Bastian Schweinsteiger throughout the course of the match.
He has tasted victory just once against Chelsea during his time with Arsenal, and hopefully he won’t be adding to that tally on Saturday evening. Either way, if The Sun are to be believed, he will not play a part of Arsenal’s assault on the FA Cup.
