Talk Chelsea is an independent Chelsea Football Club supporters’ website, delivering original football content to a global community of Blues fans.

Founded in 2007 as a dedicated Chelsea supporters’ forum, Talk Chelsea has grown into one of the world’s largest single-club fan communities. Today, we provide a daily mix of original editorial content, breaking news, photography, features and video, reaching millions of Chelsea supporters across our website and social media platforms.

Built by supporters, for supporters, Talk Chelsea remains committed to covering the club from a passionate fan perspective while providing a trusted destination for Chelsea fans around the world.

The Story so far

  1. The Forum

    Before social media it all started with a forum.

    Struggling to find anywhere online for Chelsea fans to communicate, our founder James Porter created Talk Chelsea as a community for fans to discuss the latest news, share opinions and connect with fellow supporters of the club.

  2. Facebook

    As Talk Chelsea continued to grow, our first social media account was created and Edon Jakupaj joined the team as co-owner, taking responsibility for expanding the platform and growing our audience.

    Since then, we have developed a significant presence across social media. Today, our Facebook community has grown to more than 3 million followers, helping us connect with Chelsea supporters around the world.

  3. Twitter/X

    A year later we created our Twitter/X account. Today we have we have over 280k+ followers.

  4. Instagram

    Shortly after Chelsea lifted their first-ever Champions League trophy in 2012, we began our journey on Instagram.

    Since then, the platform has grown into a major part of the Talk Chelsea community. Today, we have more than 850k+ followers, making Talk Chelsea the largest Chelsea fan page on Instagram.

  5. The Website

    The website came next, evolving into a daily home for Chelsea fans to follow the latest news, views and stories from the club.

  6. TikTok

    Our TikTok account was created.

  7. Threads

    Our Threads account was created.
