Chelsea will look to loan troubled youngster Charly Musonda in January after an Instagram post where he appeared to be frustrated with the club as the Standard reports.

It’s obvious that the Belgian has struggled for game time this season. The player’s only appearance this season was a 5-1 win against Nottingham Forest in the Carabao Cup. Musonda impressed by scoring in the game.

Musonda is unlikely to be involved against Crystal Palace this weekend, but compatriot Eden Hazard will be. You can back him for first goal scorer on the free to play Hotshot Jackpot this weekend and have the chance to win £275K! Click here to play.

Musonda was expected to stay at Real Betis for the whole of last season. However, his spell was cut short after lack of opportunities at the Spanish club.

According to the Standard, Musonda was expected to be loaned out in the summer, whilst the club would also offer him a contract extension. Despite this, the 20-year-old insisted on staying at the Blues to fight for a regular place in the side.

Musonda could feature in the next round of the league cup tie against Everton. However, it’s likely that the winger will be loaned out in January.

Despite the clear talent Musonda possesses, his attitude must improve if he wants a future with us.
