Antonio Conte has been discussing Chelsea youngster Charly Musonda ahead of our clash with Nottingham Forest on Wednesday night.
Musonda has been training under Conte’s watchful eye since January, when Chelsea recalled him from Real Betis as he was not getting sufficient game-time.
The Belgian has not been given any more first-team opportunities since returning to SW6, but has had the opportunity to train alongside some of the best players in the world, as well as growing under Conte’s stewardship.
He could finally be rewarded for his hard work over the past nine months this week against Nottingham Forest. The game provides Conte with an excellent opportunity to shuffle his pack and give his fringe players some invaluable minutes. Musonda could be one of those to benefit.
