Chelsea star Eden Hazard has talked about his connection with his teammate Alvaro Morata, the club’s official website reports.
Since Hazard’s return to fitness after missing the start of the season, the pair has already shown their telepathic chemistry.
A fine example of this was the Blues’ first goal in the 2-1 win against Atletico Madrid in the Champions League.
When speaking to chelseafc.com, Hazard praised the Spaniard and talked about the importance of developing a great understanding with his fellow forward.
Hazard is quoted by Chelsea’s official website saying:
“Alvaro is a top striker. I try to have a good connection with my striker, because it’s good to have this player who is like a target man.”
Since moving to Chelsea in 2012, Hazard has built a special relationship with every striker he has played with, from Fernando Torres to Diego Costa.
The Belgian will be hoping he can combine with his new striker in Morata on Saturday for the visit against Bournemouth.
Its early days but the duo could go on to propel the club to great success in the future.
