We’re used to seeing David Luiz in high spirits but he’s been anything but that in recent times.
The defender was left out of the squad in the 1-0 win against Manchester United a fortnight ago.
This was after the player was frustrated with being substituted in the 3-3 draw with Roma at Stamford Bridge. Luiz did play in the reverse fixture in the 3-0 loss at the Stadio Olimpico. However, the 30-year-old put in an awful performance.
Andreas Christensen’s recent performances have also put a doubt over Luiz’s future.
