Antonio Conte is reportedly unhappy with Alvaro Morata as the striker has struggled in his first season at Chelsea.
Despite scoring in consecutive games against Leicester and Tottenham, Morata has only scored 14 goals in all competitions for the Blues, a disappointing tally considering the qualities he has shown in the past with Juventus and Real Madrid.
The Sun reports the inconsistencies of Morata’s performances have frustrated Conte with the tabloid newspaper stating that he’s displeased that football is not on the top of the Spaniard’s agenda.

As we head towards the end of the season, it’s difficult to predict how the Italian will utilise the 25-year-old with the head coach’s own Chelsea future in question.
It’s disappointing to see Conte aiming digs at his own players considering his decisions have also affected the team. Hopefully, whoever is taking the Stamford Bridge helm next campaign can reinvigorate Morata.
It was always unintelligent of Conte to sell Diego Costa for morata!
