In case you missed the news last night, Chelsea announced three transfers within the space of just 30 minutes. That’s one way to round off the summer!
Jorginho and Rob Green were our only incomings prior to yesterday. The pair plugged holes in the squad, with the former set to make a huge impact on Maurizio Sarri’s starting eleven next season.
We questioned whether it would be enough to take us back into contention. Is one major signing sufficient to take a team that finished fifth back to the the of the Premier League table?
Well, don’t fear, Chelsea fans, for the signings of Mateo Kovacic and Kepa Arrizabalaga were both announced late on Wednesday evening, as well as Thibaut Courtois’ departure to Real Madrid.
We have tonight agreed terms with Real Madrid for the transfer of Thibaut Courtois, subject to the agreement of personal terms and a medical. As part of the deal, Mateo Kovacic will join Chelsea on a season-long loan.https://t.co/WXhHzEdf6D

Deadline Day may be a matter of shifting the deadwood, rather than looking to make further additions. We’ll have to wait and see how the day develops…
I am a Chelsea supporter since I was aware of football so for it doesn’t matter for the let signing, we blues always blueeeeee I will not change my colour for players.
