Summer signing Jorginho reportedly regrets joining Chelsea over Manchester City in the summer. We wouldn’t blame him, but we doubt the authenticity.
It was very much a straight choice between Chelsea and City for Jorginho in the summer. Should he sign for the reigning Premier League champions and one of the greatest sides the competition has ever seen, or follow Maurizio Sarri to Stamford Bridge.
Thankfully, he decided on the latter. At least, we see it as a positive, following a string of poor performances from the Italian, Chelsea fans have begun to question whether he was a worthwhile addition. According to CaughtOffside, he’s having doubts of his own.
It’s claimed that Jorginho is beginning to think he made the wrong choice by signing for Chelsea. Though we’re not sure we believe it, having been beaten 6-0 by the team he came very close to signing for in the summer, it’s not beyond the realm of possibility.
