Confirmed Line-Up: Chelsea vs Wolves

In what will be Thomas Tuchel’s first appearance in the Chelsea dugout as head coach, the Blues take on Wolverhampton Wanderers in a mouth-watering encounter at the Stamford Bridge.

The German has released his starting eleven that will take on Wolves in just under an hour in this evening’s Premier League clash between the two clubs, both of who are struggling this season.

The Londoners come into this for the first time in 84 matches without Mr. Chelsea, Frank Lampard, who was sacked earlier this week after a disappointing run in the top flight.

Chelsea defeated Luton Town 3-1 last weekend in the FA Cup 4th round with Tammy Abraham scoring an impressive hattrick, whereas Wolves won 1-0 against semi-professional club Chorley FC – who complete in the sixth tier of English Football.

Chelsea have won five of their last six encounters against Wolves in the Premier League, with the loss coming this season as they lost 2-1 at the Molineux earlier in the campaign. Wolves will now be looking to complete their first league-double over Chelsea since the 1975/76 season. (WhoScored.com)
