Juventus want to make Cuadrado’s loan move permanent

Chelsea’s forgotten man Juan Cuadrado could his Juventus loan move permanent in the summer, according to reports from La Gazzetta dello Sport (via ilbianconero).

The Colombian has become a vital player in Juventus’ new 4-2-3-1 system and is the only natural winger at Allegri’s disposal alongside Marko Pjaca.

Cuadrado has scored three goals in all competitions for Juventus so far this season, the latest coming at the weekend in a 1-0 victory over Sampdoria. He raced in behind the Samp back line and nodded in a sumptuous Kwadwo Asamoah cross.

The loan move in the summer cost Juventus €5 million. The Serie A leaders can either decide to pay €5 million a year until 2020 or make Cuadrado’s move permanent at the end of the season paying €20 million.

Juventus are understood to be willing to make Cuadrado’s move permanent paying the entire transfer fee once the season comes to an end.
