Eric Bailly is another Manchester United star not in Jose Mourinho’s good books having been dropped from the former Chelsea boss’ regular line-ups.
Fringe players such as Anthony Martial and Luke Shaw have both been linked with Chelsea in recent times and Bailly has joined his teammates in the Blues rumour mill.
As per ESPN, Chelsea along with Arsenal are monitoring the Ivorian’s situation as he’s been replaced by Andreas Lindelof along with speculation that Bailly has fallen out with Mourinho due to his absence at United’s awards night on Tuesday.

However, this report states that a dental problem was the reason behind Bailly not being in attendance and that there is no tension between player and manager.
ESPN also understands that Bailly is eager to fight back for his spot in Mourinho’s starting eleven and is happy at Old Trafford.
Chelsea could still keep tabs on the centre-back in the event Bailly continues to warm the bench but his potential and quality could see him play an important role in our future teams.
