Eden Hazard feels the time is right to leave Chelsea with a new offer on the table to keep the forward set to be turned down.
According to Spanish news outlet Don Balon, the 27-year-old has been offered roughly £15m per year to extend his time at Stamford Bridge with his current contract expiring in two years.
However, Don Balon understands that Hazard is prepared to reject this new proposal by Chelsea as he wants to achieve greater heights by winning more trophies with suggestions of a move to Real Madrid in the limelight.

With the pressure of winning the Premier League intensifying every season along with the Blues hopes of being in the Champions League next season, the Belgian may decide to end his six year journey here.
This would be a catastrophic blow for us with Hazard being our best player and is quite frankly irreplaceable.
