It’s no surprise that Willian’s superb effort in the 4-0 victory against Brighton is the Carling Goal of the Month for January.
The goal which featured flowing passes between Willian, Eden Hazard and Michy Batshuayi was capped off by a scintillating strike from the Brazilian.

Willian toppled players such as Tottenham’s Christian Eriksen and Liverpool’s Roberto Firmino to winning the award.
Despite this great finish, the 29-year-old desperately needs to improve his end product with the hard yards he puts in.
Wouldn’t it be fantastic if the winger could find the back of the net in some tough games coming up against Manchester United, Manchester City and Barcelona?
