Frank Lampard and the Chelsea players have been seen arriving at Craven Cottage for this afternoon’s Premier League clash with neighbours Fulham.
The Blues find themselves unbeaten in the league against Fulham in eighteen games since a 1-0 defeat at Craven Cottage in March 2006. The defeat that day is Fulham’s only victory against Chelsea in 33 games, a run going back to 1979 in the old Second Division.
Among the players seen arriving was Reece James, who is finally back from injury and will take his place on the bench. Cesar Azpiluceta will start at right-back for the fourth game in a row.
Also seen was Edouard Mendy, who is back in goal for the Blues after a rest in the FA Cup last weekend. He was followed off the team bus by Kai Havertz who takes his place on the bench.
