Chelsea academy star Callum Hudson-Odoi has revealed that he is looking to emulate Eden Hazard, report the Daily Mail.
Hudson-Odoi is one of the most talented players that Chelsea’s academy has produced in recent years. Since Roman Abramovich took the reins at Stamford Bridge in 2003, one of the club’s most discussed shortfalls is our inability to integrate players from our academy into our first-team squad.

However, after Andreas Christensen successfully forced his way into Antonio Conte’s starting eleven, our younger players should be offered encouragement in their pursuit of making a career as a Chelsea player.
Hudson-Odoi has a great opportunity of having a prosperous career in Blue, and he has revealed that he is looking to follow in the footsteps of one of the greatest players ever to pull on our illustrious shirt – Eden Hazard.
The 17-year-old is quoted by the Daily Mail discussing just how much of a pleasure it is to share the field with Hazard, who he reveals is someone that he looks up to:
“When I was on the pitch with Hazard for the first team, it was such a great feeling. He’s my role model and, after all this time I’ve been talking about him and watching him, I couldn’t believe I was playing with him.”
