Olivier Giroud is not only one of the most technically gifted strikers in world football, he’s decided to branch out into the voice acting industry!
Giroud scored his first goal of the season against BATE in the Europa League. He took a while to get off the mark for Chelsea, but he’s making waves in the TV animation world in his native France.
As it’s been revealed by Sony on Twitter, Giroud will be voice acting as the Green Goblin in the new Spiderman animation which is being aired in France. Fancy that!

Historically, Chelsea have enjoyed success with strikers who have a nasty side. Giroud doesn’t really have that. He ought to recite some of his Green Goblin lines on the field of play.
