Is this confirmation that Tiemoue Bakayoko is set to become a Chelsea player?
The Frenchman has been continuously linked with a move to Stamford Bridge this summer, and there has been plenty of suggestions that his transfer to the Premier League champions will be announced on July 1st.
It is on that date that Chelsea’s deal with kit manufacturer Nike officially begins, and thus the Blues could be preparing to begin their ten-year deal with Nike with a bang. Bakayoko himself is a Nike athlete, so it would certainly make sense.
Bakayoko has been spotted in two stores, Dior and Nike, which as @Chelsea_HQ notes, are both two of Chelsea’s partners. His move to SW6 appears to be imminent.
