Chelsea midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko took to Twitter to mock himself following the Blues’ victory over Manchester United on Sunday.
The Frenchman put in arguably his best performance in a Chelsea shirt so far. His relentless energy and brute strength made him a nightmare to deal with for the Man United midfield, who just did not have the answers to the questions he was posing him.
Bakayoko also played former Blue Nemanja Matic off the park, justifying our decision to part with the Serb in the summer and replace him with a younger model.
However, Bakayoko is not yet perfect, he is very much a raw talent and there are areas he needs to improve on. One of those is his finishing ability, but the ex-AS Monaco man appears to be fully aware of his flaws.
Bakayoko took to Twitter to take the mickey out of himself after the game. We’ll let you off, Tiemoue!
I need to work in front of the goal really 😂🙈… Good performance of the team i like this 💪🏾💪🏾 #CHEMUN #Bluesfamily 💙💙
