We certainly do not need to start panicking at all after two straight defeats in the league. Before this, we were on a 17-game unbeaten run, which is a great achievement regardless.
However, there are a few questions that we as fans are rightfully asking, and I am sure that even Frank Lampard himself knows that he is far from the perfect coach yet.

One of the major debates recently is the formation. Lampard likes to use 4-3-3 as his mainstay formation using two number 8s. This is my preferred formation as well. But one thing that surprised me in the last two matches is why Lampard hasn’t temporarily switched back to something more suitable for the starting line up, with pretty much all of our out and out wingers being injured.
I believe that Havertz thrives more when playing in a more advanced role, one that doesn’t leave him stuck out wide, or needing to do all the tracking back as part of a midfield three.
One solution for that is if Chelsea manage to sign Declan Rice – they could build the team around the deeper pivot core of Rice and N’Golo Kante, and use Havertz as the free roaming 10 able to express himself and control Chelsea’s attacking play.
Where does that leave players like Mason Mount? Good question, and one for another time. But in terms of getting the best out of Havertz, then I think he needs to be sat in that central attacking position more than anywhere else.
What potential arrival is that then ? Pathetic. Never will happen. If and when he goes will be to a bigger club than Chelsea. And sorry yet again West Ham have said he is not for sale. What about that dont you understand ?
