Every young player can always improve, I totally get that, and agree. We should not overhype players too much, another sentiment that I get the point of.
However, for a player like Reece James, it does not matter what you, me, or anyone else in the world says, he is rising to the top of the game at a fast rate and there is nothing anyone can do about it.

It totally understand Thomas Tuchel playing it all down in his press conference yesterday, that is wise and diplomatic.
“I see no reason why we get carried away and think is he the best in the world these things don’t help us,” Tuchel said.
“I am happy that he is the best Reece James in training. He can play anywhere, he played for England in midfield he is improving. He is far from finished in his development he has all the potential to be a big and important player for Chelsea. I feel him dedicated and hungry for more.”
‘Far from finished in his development’ I sort of agree with. Of course, as I said, he can get much better and will keep improving. But for me, he certainly isn’t ‘far’ from his full development, in fact, I think he is already very close. It’s Tuchel’s job to keep him grounded and level-headed, but don’t worry Tuchel, James is already that way.
This boy can do it all and he does it without a care in the world. He is the calmest 21-year old I have ever watched and he is super humble and super grounded.
His physicality is immense for the Premier League, and this season he has added everything needed to be a world class player to his game. He can literally do it all.
Don’t believe me though, believe Sky Sports Power Rankings, which is based on points awarded to players for 35 different statistics – from goals and assists, to blocks and tackles.
James has topped the rankings chart for a while now, and he is far from any of his other current Chelsea team mates way out ahead. The only one close is Conor Gallagher.
I think that says all you need to know about how fast James is developing this season and he is rising right to the top!
